azure function app error with secure storage account

I created a new azure function app with flex consumption plan with backed by secured storage account. The function app has below error in overview page in azure portal.

We were not able to load some functions in the list due to errors. Refresh the page to try again

I have both private endpoint and vnet integration configured. Storage account also has private endpoint enabled.
I tried to search for this error and could not find the proper reason why this error is coming. Can someone help on this.

Does storage account Vnet/Subnet needs Microsoft.Web service endpoint enabled?
