azure – FFMPeg uses a lot of CPU

I implemented an Azure Function app to convert and compress video files using ffmpeg. Here is the command

Command: -i C:\local\Temp\Download\abc.mp4 -vcodec libx264 -vprofile high -preset fast -minrate 2500k -maxrate 4500k -bufsize 3000k -vf scale=1280:trunc(ow/dar/2)*2 -map_metadata -1 -threads 0 -ac 2 -b:a 128k -r 25 -ar 44100 -pix_fmt yuv420p -y C:\local\Temp\MoveToCloud\abc.mp4

When the conversion happens, the CPU usage is extremely high. Nearly 100%.

Considering the fact that the Azure App Service plan is Premium v2 (P3v2) which is high, the CPU usage is extreme.

Is there any way to reduce the CPU usage?
