audio – MEMS Microphone Circuit

Is this the right circuit for connecting MEMS microphone to an audio codec?

I am using NAU88C22GY audio codec, which according to the datasheet can provide bias voltage for electret microphones as well as power for MEMS ones. The microphone I am using is ZTS6216.

The mic is connected VDD to the mic bias output of the audio codec, GND to GND. Mic OUT is connected via 1uF cap to positive mic input on the codec, while negative mic input is connected via 1uF to ground. The mic bias pin is connected to GND with 4.7uF capacitor and there is no bias resistor (as I understand those are only used for electrets).
