There are two common saddle designs: single-panel and two-panel.

Single-panel saddles are known for being lightweight, simple, and streamlined. Two-panel saddles are popular because they allow you to fine-tune support and comfort.

The Phantom XP’s expandable saddle body combines the best of both. With the panel collapsed, it feels like a minimalist single-panel saddle. When you want more support, simply pull down on the lower portion of the saddle to expand the built-in pleat, creating additional support exactly where you need it.

You get the simplicity of a single-panel with much of the comfort and adjustability of a two-panel—all without extra bulk or panel connections.
