Sune, Martin, this is breaking because of the fix you did for #232843

There's some garbage at the end of the .gz file that gunzip  correctly ignores
but KGzipFilter is stubborn, extracts it and ends up generating the wrong
output.

Any idea how we can have both this and the other issue fixed?
