Are there true American made Fenders with 11-screw pickguards? (in: Guitars)

I thought 8-screw pickguards were the mark for true American made Fenders.
– one screw right under middle pickup, easy to spot

But saw looking through American Strats
– Professional II series are 11-screw
– Vingtage II series are 11-screw
– Ultra II series are 11-screw

The new Ultra Luxe Vintage are though 8-screw
– but saw they had necks with truss rod adjustment in head

Are these 11-screw models some hybrid, with some American Hardware but made elsewhere?

Or are newer series moving towards…
