Anybody use Harrison EQ plugs? (in: Effects)

The harrison Eva Mastering EQ let me down terribly in the fact that you cannot enter specific values via keypad, nor see any setting values when using the GUI. For me this is totally ridiculous. I contacted them and they simply replied that that feature is not available. How can you call anything “mastering” grade if the user can’t set it to specific values? and no, I’m not going to switch back and forth from the Gui to the text interface…
