Another Arturia / Logic question – Logic Pro

Not sure why, but I keep having random issues with older Arturia plugins. I haven’t updated Logic or the OS, but something suddenly changed somehow. 

This time its ARP 2600 V2 no longer responding to MIDI.   It produces sound when you click the keyboard that’s built into the plugin, but is unresponsive to any MIDI.  Any ideas on how to get it to recognize MIDI in Logic again?  The plugin is set to “ALL” under MIDI.  

Alternatively, is there a way to open ARP2600 V2 patches in V3?   I thought I had done this before, but I had simply found the same stock preset in both and confused that with compatible patches.  Their patch saving systems are on the confusing side of things.
