Same here. No payment since July, no August statement, either.

Their support announced the payment to be performed “until the end of September”, which hasn’t happened until now and which I doubt will take place today. So we’re still waiting for the payout of our July revenue.

The new master service agreement, effective on October 16th 2024 states new and additional fees such as a $100 USD / month platform fee as well as $20 per chargeback $185 / hour (!) to for using their Tier 2 suppor…
