Actionable Messages ,Originator ID and a RegEx for…

Looking to see if we have any community experience here with using Originator IDs in your Actionable Messages.

of Particular interest is some help on where to find resources/pointers to aid in the creation of Originator ID in the Actionable Email Developer Dashboard 

using a RegEx that can capture ALL variants of calling a PowerAutomate Flow via an HTTP Post.

Would that even be possible?

We are really expanding the use here and its an uncomfortable waste of time to sit with the Admins each a time a new organization level request is submitted.
