Ableton Live 11 Lite is not scanning plugins

Yes, I have had Ableton for a long time and when I switched to 64bit version, I lost all of my plugins. I had to make sure I had 64bit and that my folder was pointing to the 64bit version. Usually if they are installed by a program, they put them in two different folders. But 32bit will not get picked up by the 64bit program. Reaper DAW on the other hand has a converter built in, Ableton does not. Double check to make sure Ableton is pointing to the 64bit folder.
