Ableton latency issues when exporting??

Hey dogs,

I’m having an issue with bouncing out audio files in Ableton 10. There’s a delay when the bounce is imported back in. I’ve attached the original file and bounce for comparison. The blue waveform is the bounced audio file. As you’ll see there’s a delay between the 2 audio files. I can’t hear any difference with the delayed file, i mean it still sounds in sync with the metronome etc. At the end of the day though it’s still not exact as the original. I thought it might be due to having plugins running, cpu overload? But i tried bouncing a file out in a fresh project and its still off.

Is this a latency issue that i can fix? Or is it something else? It’s pissing me off! HELP lol.
