3rd Mute Function to block midi in? Is it possible? – Elektron Gear

We currently have two mute functions;

1. Green – global mutes
2. Purple – per pattern mutes

Would it be possible (in theory) to have a third mute function?;

3. Yellow – midi input mutes

The scenario is for when you are using your Elektron device as a sound module and are sequencing it externally.
So, for example, if I’m midi sequencing my Syntakt from Ableton but at the Syntakt performing/mixing, I could mute the Kick whilst at the ST (and not have to turn to Ableton to mute the Kick’s midi seq).

Is this already doable in another way??
