20.04 – How to fix black screen on VirtualBox Cheese camera?
The camera is recognized in lsusb, and is engaged when opening Cheese app. A black screen appears on Cheese App even though I have checked the necessary preferences, lowest resolution, and etc. I have connected the integrated webcam via USB 2.0 (EHCI) Controller. I am using Ubuntu 20.04 VirtualMachine on Windows
Immediately after closing the “Cheese” app tab:
“VirtualBox.exe – Application Error” occurs with the following text: “The instruction at …………. referenced memory at ……. The memory could not be read.” and the next screen is “An unhandled win32 exception occured in VirtualBox.exe [5752] Just-In-Time debbugging this exception failed with the follwing error:No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enabled” “ occurs and then VirtualBox screen gets closed immediately.
I would like to ask how to fix this?
