13 and 14 fret play the same note (in: Guitars)

If 13 buzz it’s hardly raised, that would make it play clean.
Raise bridge a little bit if any of higher frets buzz.
– all from 14 play clean continue below
13 and 14 play same note on all strings?
– If 14th, 15th and up play clean notes.
– if so lightly hit fret 14 with a plastic or rubber hammer, or with a wooden block of some sort
– and see if 13 play clean now?
If not all strings, just raise the bridge saddle on the offending string.
