All modules: clicking to add a cursor while holding down Command (Control on Windows) adds it with its gain set to -INF dB
Clicking the colored round in a modulation popup scrolls the modulation row to reveal the corresponding modulation source
The plugin now remembers its last window size in the user settings, and uses it when a new instance is inserted, instead of opening with a default size.
