Feature request? (re: 'Foes' list) (in: Site Stuff)

This would be nice, although I guess it’s complicated: when I add someone to my ‘foes’ list, their responses to any thread I might look at are blocked, as I’d expect. However, if somebody else quotes them in a response to one of my ‘foes’ post, I can see the blocked post again. Which is kind of frustrating. So it would be nice to ‘block’ someone, including when someone else quotes them.
