I tend to play two note “chords,” but this is what I’ve seen other people use for left-hand fingering for a major chord
I on the root, M up one and one to the left, R up one and two to the left
For a first inversion major chord
T on the 3rd, I up three, and M up one
For a second inversion major chord
T on the 5th, I up three and two to the right, M up one and one to the left
Since I never play these chords you can take my suggestions with a grain of salt.
