Implement a custom file-upload widget Portal / UI Builder component) that streams files
directly to AzureGov cloud available via Spoke., will also need to create separate logical containers (buckets/folders) for reporters and investigators in AzureGov cloud and map them to different ServiceNow tables or fields, enforcing ACLs so only appropriate roles can see each set of files.
