Description with steps to reproduce

1. Open a score with a Grand staff instrument (e.g. Piano)
2. Select the Grand staff instrument
3. Open the Layout panel
4. Click on the wheel to see the instrument properties
5. You will see that the string “Only hide staves on a system if the entire instrument is empty” is not translatable.

Actual behavior : This string does not, appear in Transifex.
Expected behavior : This string would be in Transifex and could be Translated.
