Not without specific controller support. You might be able to get far using the flexi map. Unfortunately, the device doesn’t send any midi data when changing pages so its dead for most Bitwig Extensions. I’ve asked them for a programmer mode where we could do just what you are asking for.
Also they don’t send the values to the screens for Ableton either. Its just displays parameter names from devices that are pre-configured, and if its a stepped list it shows those instead of your defined para…
