grub2 – rEFInd issue with secure boot

Since I have enabled secure boot, to use rEFInd, I enrolled the key ‘refind.cer’ from MOK management.
Then when I boot it says grub.efi not found. Upon opening the EFI directory, I can see grubx64 present, not grub.
So I tried renaming it to grub, but now when I boot it says security violation (but I enrolled grubx64’s key).

How to fix this issue? Making a new key for grub.efi? Asking PC to use grubx64 instead of grub?

Please do not recommend turning off secure boot. That is not a solution.
