compiler errors – Why is Visual Studio not recognizing ‘ >> ‘ or ‘
Trying to finish a lab for CS110,
knowing I am no expert on this.
I’m getting the same error every time. I’ve double checked the code, referenced the lecture that’s about the lab and followed the guidelines, my code matches and yet visual studio keeps outputting the same thing;
Why would it keep saying: no operator ‘>>’ matches these operands?
Started with:
#include <iostream>
#include <string>
using namespace std;
int main() {
String name;
cout << "Please enter name here: ";
cin >> name >> endl;
return 0;
}
