In addition to medical institutions, it includes institutes that conduct clinical studies. Thanks to this, over the past 20 years, the quality of medical care has been steadily increasing.

Project overview

The client is establishing a centralized hub for patient preparation materials, both patient- and staff-facing, for the upcoming cutting-edge surgical pavilion.
The centralized engagement hub will create transparency between patients and staff regarding communicating expectations, instructions, and information on the patient journey from start to end that can be referred to at any time and shared with caregivers.
