Recording was performed in time, waveform appears to the right of where it should be (and needs to be moved to the left to sound in time) – Logic Pro

I was recording a session. Some time during day 2, performances that were in time as they were being performed were out of time when played back. Their waveforms needed to be moved to the left for them to sound as they had when they were being recorded. This problem did not occur until some way into the second day. There were just about 0 effects (on anything). Even as I record straight into the Mac via the mic, the same thing is happening. What to do? Thanks in advance.
