Azure resources tied to Azure Active directory Unique ID(Tenant id)

We are trying to migrate azure subscriptions from one tenant to different tenant . We have gone through the article-learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/transfer-subscription
and checked the impacted resources .
but looks like documentation has not mentioned “databrick”, after migration to different tenant we observed that we need to recreate databrick in new tennat as databrick is tightly coupled with AD . confirmed by Microsoft SME also.
like this , we want to know other resources which are tightly bounded to Azure AD and requires recreation or have some impact like changing tennat id etc. Could you please share the list or suggest some resources which can be impacted .like keyvault , AZuredevops ,Databrics
