watchdog – Potentially revoked boot manager was detected in EFI partition in Windows 10

My computer with Windows 10 has been crashing with the error in the even viewer:
“Potentially revoked boot manager was detected in EFI partition. For more information, please see go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2169931″ Upon going to the link it does not provide any information on how I should fix this. In the event viewer, the source and event id are TPM-WMI and 1033, respectively. The system will show a blue screen with code: DPC_Watchdog_Violation. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem?
