Tonecraft Tokyo SCOPE2
SCOPE2 is a free meter plugin that shows how your level moves over time, together with a loudness meter. It only measures and never changes your sound, so you can leave it on your master bus while you mix.
Finishing a track for Spotify? Put SCOPE2 at the end of your master, pick STREAMING -14 LUFS, press RESET and play the song from start to finish. INTEGRATED tells you how many LU you are above or below the target, and turns green when you are close. If TRUE PEAK MAX turns red, a peak went over -1 dBTP, even if no single sample clipped. For broadcast, pick BROADCAST -23 LUFS instead.
Setting levels while you mix? Switch to RMS and set the reference to -18 dBFS, and SCOPE2 moves like a VU meter, with a gold line at VU 0. The CLIP lamp stays lit until you click it, so you will not miss a single over while you are looking elsewhere.
Not sure your stereo mix holds up in mono? LISSA draws the left and right channels against each other. A line rising to the right means mono; a line falling to the right means the channels are out of phase.

Mac users: the plugin is not notarized. After copying it, run the xattr command described in README_EN.txt, or macOS will say the plugin “is damaged”.
