I understand and respect their moral code indeed – it fits into their preservation purpose/scope.
It’s also true that ms2000-emu is @95% Gearmulator code.
Anyway, I think people would have a lot to learn in places like this by leaving the speech to real DEVS instead of childish wars. This is why I would simply listen about this specific project, possibly from its authors.
They may have faced specific challenges which may be useful to know to other DEVS.
