If you reread my statement, I’m absolutely not denying anyone the right to vibe code whatever they want – as long as they don’t infringe anyone’s copyrights. What you do in your own bedroom, I could not care less. But when it comes to publishing things, I’d encourage people to be as careful as they are enthusiastic.
I’m also totally fine with any software that enables license owners of software that is abandoned to run again on their machines. But reverse engineering stuff and declaring it free…
