Beta 3 is out, mostly fixes from your reports, thanks everyone!

Linux: the LV2 version now shows its editor (@FrettedSynth: a packaging mistake, the manifest pointed hosts to the wrong binary), and the saved zoom is applied when you open a new instance (fixed by EvilDragon)
Windows/Mac: the editor no longer slows the host’s graphics down when you move the mouse over it
HD graphics is always on now, sharper at small sizes and much faster, so there’s nothing to toggle
Polyphony is per program…
