Yes. Visual Studio Community 2022 is still supported, but only on the Current Channel and only on the latest servicing release of the latest minor version.

In the current Visual Studio 2022 servicing policy, the latest supported version is 17.14. The release notes for older versions such as 17.11, 17.8, 17.4, 17.2, and 17.1 all state that they are no longer supported and that 17.14 is the latest supported version.

Also, the special long-term support note for 17.14 applies to Professional, Enterprise, and Build Tools editions. Community edition remains supported only on the Current Channel using the latest version.
