I do not have any issues contacting Swar systems.
They promptly reply in a day.
The main difference between Swarplug and Lehra studio is You have no support when your device fails. (Locked to your phone). No login or registration or contacts with them. Swarplug, you can login and ask for support. No issues. You can’t compare articulations between SwarPlug and Lehra studio. Meant for different audience. I also have RiyazStudios in the desktop version, no issues either.
