For 32k samples, I’d expect somewhere around 2–4 hours for the initial indexing based on my tests on different machines, including a MacBook and PCs running Linux and Windows.
The exact time depends on the machine, especially CPU performance and whether the samples are on an SSD or HDD, but that should be a reasonable ballpark.
The initial analysis is the slow part. Once the samples are indexed, opening the library and searching through it is fast.
