Splice Instrument – bugs? (in: Instruments)

For those still using Spitfire LABS packs (now part of Splice Instrument), have you noticed any bugs recently. Since one of the latest updates, the reverb knob on Soft Piano stopped having any effect for me, even after deleting and redownloading the pack.
I’m trying to figure out if it’s something on my part or a global thing, even contacted support but everything seems to be fine on their end. Anyone notice anything similar?
