I think Swayed is the best example so far for a fantastic and legit rompler synth recreation.

It brings its own copyright free sample content and is therfore perfect useable out of the box and sounds pretty close to the original.
But if you own the original waveforms you can import them into Swayed and have then a almost perfect recreation of the SY series.

I really think that’s the way to go.
Recreated waveforms as a standard feature, but the possibility to import the original waveforms.
