Building an optimized Windows PC for audio creativity is not specific to MuLab.
I can’t give specific advice on that topic myself, best to search the web for advice.
Maybe other users can also share tips here?

Generally i’d say:

Take a fast CPU with many *real* cores (check the number of real cores, not the number virtual/hyperthreaded cores)
If you have the budget i’d go for 64 GB of the fastest RAM.
