I use Fedora Silverblue. I have Toolbx for my CLI programs. I have Flatpak for my GUI programs. I have Distrobox with a Debian container for my audio production. I have another Debian container for everything else. My immutable base stays clean. All apps and tools are containerized or sandboxed, and I have zero dependency problems ever.
