Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical 2024 installer fails to launch on Windows 10

I am attempting to install AutoCAD Mechanical 2024 on a Windows 10 machine (Version 22H2), but the setup process fails immediately upon launch.

What happens: When I double-click the Setup.exe file, the loading mouse cursor appears for a few seconds, but no installation window opens. No error message is explicitly popped up on the screen.

What I have tried:

  1. Running the Setup.exe explicitly as an Administrator.

  2. Temporarily disabling Windows Defender/Antivirus.

  3. Checking the Windows Event Viewer (Application logs), but I don’t see a clear crash report for the executable.
