Delete or Rename GeneralSettings.xml (e.g., rename it to GeneralSettings.xml.OLD).
Restart your DAW and load Triaz. The plugin will generate a fresh GeneralSettings.xml file, which should clear the global bug keeping the keyboard icons stuck.
