Those links you provided, one is about US supreme court, the other is about an 1886 law, lol, that doesn’t mention AI (didn’t even bother to read all). USA supreme court is not the world’s court. Also, not all countries are part of the 1886 Berne Convention.

You should rather say “Being transparent about using AI and mentioning it to users doesn’t give anyone the right to tell you you don’t own …
