What are the simplest best one panel vst synths with no hidden panels and menues? (in: Instruments)

Another vote for Invader. There’s also JP6K and its big brother, Airwave. bx_oberhausen is another great sounding synth that meets your criteria and it’s on sale very regularly for $29. DS_Thorn isn’t exactly a simple synth but mostly it’s just a single screen. Synapse Audio’s Proxima is mostly on one page and sounds very good.
