Question – Windows 11 SSD does not appear in the boot menu or BIOS, but on another OS it appears ?
The problem is that suddenly the Windows SSD does not appear in the boot menu. So I go into the BIOS to check there and it doesn’t appear.
What is the make and model of your motherboard and it’s BIOS version at this moment of time?

I think maybe the files on the Windows drive are corrupted.
Yes, performing a repair install would be a good idea though if you’re able to get into recovery mode with a bootable USB installer, try and backup your missing critical data off of the OS drive, if you have data on it worth recovering.
I disconnected and reconnected the SSD, changed the cable and changed the SATA connection on the motherboard.
Have you tried booting with only the drive with Windows on it, with all other drives disconnected?
