Apache kafka not running on windows

I tried to run Apache kafka in windows but encountered issue

I used the

.\bin\windows\kafka-server-start.bat .\config\server.properties

but encountered error. The system cannot find path

C:\kafka>bin\windows\kafka-server-start.bat config\server.properties

The system cannot find the path specified.
