Reason Rack Plugin VST3 not showing up in Ableton Live on MAC (in: Hosts and Applicat…)

Hi,
I have a very strange problem with the RRP (Reason Rack Plugin) in Ableton Live 12.2, 12.3 and 12.4beta on my Mac (Mac Mini M4 Pro, 24 GB, macOS Sonoma, latest version).
The RRP simply doesn’t show up as a VST3 plugin in Live. The Live plugin scanner log reports a broken resource inside the RRP VST3 bundle and marks it as “not a VST3 plugin”, so Live ignores it entirely.
Other DAWs (Reaper, Studio One, Luna and Bitwig) load the RRP VST3 without any issues.
