If you’re talking about your Track 1, it looks like it has no audio itself – it is only sending MIDI out to an external device. (This is a guess based on your screenshot.) There is no actual audio within that track to be rendered. Of course, many important details are being left out. What is the track sending MIDI to? How is the audio output of that device being routed? What exactly are you rendering – clip? track? full edit?
