Question: Create a New EFI partition manually to solve “No space left on device”

I don’t think you can have two EFI/boot partitions on the same drive. If you need to multboot what I would recommend is have 2 separate SSDs, one for Windows and one for Linux.

You then physically disconnect the Windows drive when installing Linux so it cannot see that drive. Otherwise during install it will try and use any existing EFI/boot partition on the system.

Alternative to physically disconnecting I have in the past temporarily disabled partition flags for boot/esp on the Windows drive to stop the installer trying to use the existing one. Although if you do not know how to do this already, I do not recommend it as I don’t want to help dealing with that or any issues that may arise.

Once you are finished you can shutdown, connect the other drive back up and use your systems BIOS/UEFI boot menu to switch between operating systems.

Having two isolated drives like this solves the space problem and prevents Windows habit of deleting Linux boot files.
