Synthmaster 3 some points (in: Guitars)

I cannot find how to ask questions on the forum, too much information.
I have Synthmaster 3 Player and love it (on Reaper) and have a couple of points.
I have watched a number of your tutorials and although wide ranging and educational,
they all have the narrators voice too low and the notes play about 10 db too high generally.
