A feature i wisch so long… maybe in 6.3??? = SMART CPU-save (in: Bitwig)

What is SMART-Cpu-save (in my opinion)?

It does not effect RUNNING BWs… iit just happens when BWS ist stopped/not running.

IF you look in activaty monitor /task-manager…. by STOPPED BWS you will notice a lot of back-processes which takes UNNECESSARY cpu!

Its not really MUCH (maybe 40% of ONE core in modern cpus-design, but even THIS is unnesscary/wasted cpu…)

So if BWS is stopped, my goal is, this have nerally zero CPU if stopped…

1. What does it mean, an how could this implemented…
