My personal Microsoft account is stuck in a deleted Azure AD tenant
Hey there, Andrew Kim
If you know you’re a member of another tenant, please can you force sign in using the tenant ID and tenant name.
- Using the tenant name – portal.azure.com/tenantName.onMicrosoft.com
- Using the tenant ID – portal.azure.com/tenantID
Please replace the words in bold (tenantName or tenantID) with the following informaiton. If you have a custom domain, please replace the ‘onMicrosoft.com‘ domain with your own custom domain.
As an example. If I had a tenant called myTenant. My URL would be ‘portal.azure.com/mytenant.onmicrosoft.com'
If I had a custom domain called myDomain.com. It would be ‘portal.azure.com/mytenant.mydomain.com'
This should force the portal to sign into that tenant. You can then use your Microsoft account to sign in.
If you don’t know the tenant information, or tenant ID. Please can you open up an InPrivate browsing window and log into the Azure portal here: portal.azure.com
You may even need to clear browser cache and cookies.
This should hopefully sign you into an active tenant your account is a member of.
Hope this helps,
Nathan
